Get Thurston Moore when Sonic Youth come. He features in every documentary ever made about music, so he's probably pretty easy to convince to come talk about music in front of people.
(alternately and maybe even more realistically, Isaac Brock? Modest Mouse are doing more than one date in Dublin, which means he'd have a day off in which to fuck around) |

This will be attempted. Actually, since it never hurts to try these things, I'll email the relevant person about Tyondai Braxton from Battles as well since they're going to be over. If we ask one million famous musicians, and only 0.1% of them say yes, that's like.. loads...

PLEAASE.
They're cool dudes, they're music could easily be transferred to acoustic setting for a few songs. Really interesting, they all worked with big guys.
Worth a try. Mick Turner had some art in Dublin couple months back, and he played the Kilkenny Arts Festival.
